1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour begins.ropriate legal jurisdiction.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure: full refund.

Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.

3. Tour Changes
"Dahedemli Yol" reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons.
4. Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing the services listed in the itinerary. However, we are not liable for delays, losses, or accidents caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, border authorities).
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We highly recommend all travelers purchase insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.
6. Visas and Documentation
Travelers are responsible for obtaining their own travel documents and visas.
7. Health and Safety
Participants must ensure they are in good health. If you have medical conditions, inform us in advance.
8. Code of Conduct
Respect for local customs, nature, and other travelers is mandatory. We reserve the right to exclude any participant who violates the rules of behavior without refund.
